We are a provider of supported living whose service model is focused on meeing the needs of the people who select us to get exceptional care and support.
Our founders have collectively worked with people with learning disabilities for a total of 82 years. This experience has consistently shown that a learning disability need not prevent a person from leading a respected, independent life that is full of freedom and choice.

Referrals
The process of referring an individual to our service.
01.
Council or GP
To move to a supported living service you will need to have eligible needs. Contact your local council or GP who will put you in touch with a social worker to help get your support agreed.
02.
United Support Services
Once this is agreed, you can contact United Support Services. Our registered manager will get in contact with you.
03.
In Person Visit
We’ll arrange a visit in person to get to know you a little better. We’ll talk about your current situation, support need and also your short, medium, and long term ambitions.
04.
Visit Us
We’ll arrange visits to our available apartments or shared houses in your chosen location so you can have a look around and ask our team any questions you might have.
05.
Support and Funding Proposal
We’ll create you a support and funding proposal and send it to your local council for approval – keeping you up to date throughout the process.
06.
Move in Date
Once the previous steps have been completed we can set a move in date, and will be on hand to support you through the whole transition process to make the move as smooth as possible.
