OUR SERVICES

How We Support People

We provide person-led support through supported living and our Skills Centre, helping people build confidence, develop practical skills and get more from everyday life.

Supported Living

Person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes, focused on independence, routine, communication and everyday life.

The Skills Centre

A flexible day opportunity focused on practical life skills, confidence, independence and meaningful activities.

OUR APPROACH

Support Built Around the Individual

Whichever service someone uses, support is shaped around their needs, strengths, communication, goals and what matters to them.

Independence

We encourage people to take part in everyday life, develop practical skills and do more for themselves wherever possible.

Active Support

Support is focused on participation. We break tasks into manageable steps and help people stay involved rather than having things done for them.

Positive Behaviour Support

We try to understand why behaviours happen and use that learning to improve quality of life, reduce distress and avoid unnecessary restrictions.
