United Support Services provides supported living for adults with learning disabilities and autism who live in their own homes. We deliver person-centred support tailored to individual needs, promoting independence, safety, and quality of life. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care.

We use Active Support approaches to help people build and maintain practical life skills. This includes breaking tasks into manageable steps, providing graded assistance, and encouraging participation in everyday activities to promote independence and confidence.

How We Support People

We can support with:

  • Personal care and daily living tasks

  • Medication support in line with individual care plans and risk assessments

  • Accessing the community, including appointments, social activities, and employment or volunteering

  • Shopping and budgeting support

  • Cooking and meal preparation

  • Cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment

  • Support with appointments and liaising with health and social care professionals

  • Developing daily routines and structure

  • Encouraging healthy lifestyles, wellbeing, and community participation
